Hiring Full-Time Remote Front-End Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and motivated Front-End Developer to join our growing development team on a full-time remote basis.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience building modern, responsive, fast, and user-friendly websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, and modern front-end development practices.

You will work closely with designers, backend developers, project managers, and other team members to deliver high-quality digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and user-friendly websites and web applications.
• Convert UI/UX designs into clean, functional front-end code.
• Build reusable components and maintain scalable front-end architecture.
• Develop applications using React.js and modern JavaScript.
• Ensure websites work properly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO.
• Identify and fix bugs and cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Maintain existing websites and implement new features.
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers.
• Participate in code reviews and development meetings.
• Use Git/GitHub for version control and team collaboration.

Required Skills

• 2–5+ years of professional front-end development experience.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Strong experience with React.js.
• Good understanding of responsive web design.
• Experience with REST APIs and JSON.
• Knowledge of Git and GitHub/GitLab.
• Understanding of browser compatibility and web performance.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Next.js.
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
• Experience with Node.js.
• Experience with Figma and converting designs into websites.
• Knowledge of SEO and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience with WordPress or Shopify.
• Experience with testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of CI/CD and cloud deployment.
